Job Description & Summary A career within Corporate Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. You’ll also help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, as well as providing advice on tax implications of deals.Our team helps our clients improve their tax function to control risk and facilitate better decision making. You’ll focus on helping businesses with tax strategy, ensuring tax compliance, increasing post tax profits, and providing application support to achieve the best corporate tax practices.The Role:Joining PwC as Junior Tax Consultant in one of our offices in Timisoara or în Cluj, you can expect to beinvolved in a variety of interesting, challenging and diverse projects.That means you’ll need to think on your feet and challenge existing practices to develop answers to complex issues. You’ll also be collaborating with colleagues across multiple service lines in order to build relationships and identify opportunities for our clients to benefit from our knowledge in other areas.You will:Liaise with various authorities – Finance Administration, Treasury, Banks etc;Provides support for general administrative issues;Will be treated pretty much as a Tax Consultant, providing support to more senior team members on their day to day work.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Fresh Master graduates, Master students and young professionals;Experience in accounting of 6 months would be a plus;Team players, hard-working individuals with a genuine desire to develop their skills;Interest in taxation and a high level of business awareness;Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Internet);Very good level of English and German - advantage.What’s in it for you:You will undergo an intensive induction program;You will have a Coach and a Buddy to help you integrate, develop and perform;You will undertake a blended learning program involving professional qualifications (Statutory Accounting, Principles of International Taxation, ADIT) and gaining knowledge of the industry and market.
