Become part of our team and help build an organization that is working on the latest trends in Agri and Food SolutionsWe are growing and looking for a passionate, bold, and driven Senior Accountant GL & ReportingRead the vacancy below and learn more about it!What will you be doing as a Senior Accountant GL & ReportingThe Senior Accountant GL & Reporting is responsible for performing accounting & reporting related activities for General Ledger, US GAAP Management Reporting, which services global operations for Bunge Group.This should be completed through the following activities:Responsibilities:

Review & posting of Manual Journal Entry (JEs) in system;
Run currency revaluation and update exchange rates, as and when required;
Perform on a monthly basis analysis and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts;
Analyze and close open GR's ,follow-up with the responsible departments;
Prepare and submit the monthly US GAAP Financial Statements, within the requested deadlines and in respect with the Group Policies;
Prepare and submit the quarterly SEC, SFAS reports;
Provide detailed explanations to E&A consolidation team on the US GAAP financial statements, SEC, SFAS pack;
Prepare on a monthly basis the reconciliation of GL accounts, between SAP and reporting software;
Prepare monthly Variance analysis for Balance sheet, P&L and Cash flow;
Ensure the compliance with internal procedures and regulations for the GL& Reporting area; prepare and retain the documentation for the SOX Controls, in scope;
Pre- and post-closing data analysis;
Prepare and submit various questionnaires / declarations to National Institute of Statistics/ National Bank;

What you can bring to the role:

3 - 5 years of work experience in Accounting, GL & Reporting, or similar roles;
Experience working in a similar Shared Services Centre setup - a distinct advantage;
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance;
Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to General Ledger, Intercompany and Fixed Assets Accounting & Reporting activities;
Strong written & oral communications skills in Romanian and English;
Experience in ERP/ Accounting systems (SAP , One Stream, Hyperion/HFM);
Analitical thinking, attention to details and meticulous with figures;
Ability to work independently, efficiently , adapt to a fast changing environment and deliver high quality output under time pressure;
