Record all accounting documents into the ERP system: accounts payable, accounts receivable, prepayments, deferrals, bank statements, etc.
Generate monthly tenant invoices in SAP (rent and service charges) and ensure accurate reporting on the e-Factura platform, in line with legal requirements.
Prepare and issue re-invoicing in accordance with contracts (e.g. utilities, recoverable costs), and post them accurately in SAP.
Handle banking operations: prepare and review payment lists, input transactions into the online banking system, and maintain communication with the bank.
Reconcile customer balances and ensure alignment with tenant accounts.
Prepare and review trial balance and ensure reconciliations are completed according to monthly closing deadlines.
Prepare tax returns (e.g., VAT, SAF-T).
Prepare various internal reports required by management (building cost reports, service charge reconciliations, ad-hoc cost reports).
