You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience for our data-heavy, enterprise-grade products, leveraging established design systems and branding guidelines. This position requires a proactive, adaptable, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead UX design initiatives from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment.Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, visual comps, style guides, and redline specs.Understand and improve the end-to-end customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities.Collaborate with UX researchers, visual designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver excellent user experiences.Use and contribute to design systems and guidelines.Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently.Partner with Accessibility Lead to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.Communicate design decisions clearly across teams.Requirements & Qualifications6 years of experience in UX and interface design, preferably with complex enterprise applications.Strong portfolio showcasing full ownership of UX projects with wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and collaboration tools like FigJam or Miro.Understanding of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Experience using research and usability testing to inform design decisions.Solid grasp of visual design principles: typography, color, grids.Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards is a plus.Organized, adaptable, self-starter, and excellent communicator.
