- Support the day-to-day delivery of engineering services at site level and across the region, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety, and quality requirements.
- Assist in the implementation and tracking of PPM programs to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime, using CMMS platforms (e.g., Azara, Corrigo, SAP.).
- Support incident management activities, including data collection, basic root cause analysis, and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Maintain and update asset data, supporting lifecycle tracking and identifying potential risks or replacement needs.
- Assist in the preparation of technical scopes of work (SOW), including service descriptions, basic KPIs, and requirements for vendors.
- Support site audits and ensure compliance with engineering standards, statutory requirements, and internal procedures.
- Monitor vendor activities on site, ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and in line with agreed scope.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), permit-to-work systems, and risk assessments.
- Support performance tracking of service providers against SLAs and KPIs, escalating issues when required.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives at site level.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Relevant technical qualification in engineering or building services (mechanical, electrical, or similar)
- 2-3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, or Engineering (site-based experience preferred).
- Basic understanding of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, UPS, fire life safety (FLS), and plumbing.
- Experience or exposure to Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and CMMS tools (e.g., Azara, Corrigo, SAP).
- Familiarity with incident management processes and an interest in developing root cause analysis skills.
- Understanding of health and safety practices, including permit-to-work systems and basic risk assessments (LOTO knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work closely with vendors and site teams to ensure service delivery.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in asset data and maintenance tracking.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
