- Collaborate with senior management to identify hiring needs and oversee the recruitment process.
- Manage all aspects of recruitment: job posting, interviews and so on; transitions.
- Understand team culture and the business needs to identify and implement actions to - constantly improve the attraction of talents, engagement and retention;
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and personalized support.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to facilitate onboarding and professional development.
- Support in designing training programs and facilitating learning events.
- Assist in administering performance reviews and promotions.
- Implement company's Personnel Administration Procedure.
- Manage staff documents and coordinate holiday planning.
- Maintain contact with relevant government authorities.
- Work closely with payroll providers to ensure accurate and efficient monthly payroll processing.
- Deliver regular and custom reports, monitoring KPIs and HR metrics for timely reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English & Romanian.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and in team.
