- Lead and partner with different leaders to provide consultation on HR-related topics, such as talent & leadership management, team health, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Proactively identify organizational needs and offer solutions to drive organizational and employee success.
- Provide local deployment and support of annual HR programs such as performance management, compensation planning, talent review, and hiring process.
- Lead change management processes: perform ongoing organization analysis and implement change management programs in partnership with the business unit.
- Identify risks and develop action plans to ensure the change succeeds.
- Conduct onboarding and off-boarding activities including delivery of new hire orientation country-specific legal employment documentation, and employee notifications.
- Enhance employee engagement through the development and delivery of local employee events and activities in alignment with Marvell’s CSR and wellness strategies.
- Trusted advisor to the leadership teams, and managers. Act as point of contact to guide, assist, and/or address local employee HR-related concerns/issues.
- Displays solid judgment and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Provide remote HR support to other EMEA locations -Poland in addition to Romania.
- Support executive site visits including arranging all-hands meetings, manager meetings, and other activities in partnership with local BU leadership and corporate HR.
- Coordinate site communications in partnership with BU leaders, Site leaders, regional manager, and corporate communications team.
- Responsible for the administration and deployment of Human Resource programs, policies, and processes. Work with the local authorities
- Support local hiring process and university relations in partnership with BU leaders, corporate recruiting, and global HR operations.
- Analyze data and analytics related to the different countries and share with relevant stakeholders.
- In partnership with legal, management, and corporate to ensure effective implementation, management, and administration of HR programs.
- Support payroll administration with local vendors and collaboration with EMEA Finance
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR management or other relevant HR education
- At least 5- 10 years of HR working experience as a senior HR Business Partner or HR manager responsible for multiple sites/Business units of a mid-size company and global company.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with various levels of employees from entry-level to executives.
- Ability to work independently yet collaboratively within a larger global & matrixed organization and with other global/regional/local functions such as legal, IT, finance, payroll, and facilities.
- Ability to influence and represent the sites/BUs when participating in cross-functional project teams or forums.
- Requires the ability to travel from time to time to visit other locations (Mainly Poland).
- Knowledge of local labor laws of Romania- must, Poland - an advantage
- Comfortable working in a remote site with a remote manager
- Proficient level of English (writing & speaking). Romanian native speaker.
- Experience with HRIS systems, Workday an advantage
- Can scale from strategic to hands-on.
