You will help ensure that each product meets the highest standards through inspections, documentation, and coordination with the assembly teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality checks during production, including torque verificationFollow inspection plans and quality proceduresCreate and maintain production quality documentationIdentify and report issues (Non-Conformance Reports - NCRs)Analyze root causes of defects and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with assembly teams to resolve quality issuesQualificationsRequirementsExperience in quality control or production (preferred)Ability to work in a 2-shift system (morning/afternoon)Strong attention to detail and teamworkWillingness to be on-site in GermanyWhat We OfferFull training and integration with experienced teamsStable and structured industrial work environmentOpportunity to contribute to high-quality production processesAdditional InformationOur world is dynamic, full of opportunities and our clients and colleagues constantly inspire us.
