- Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives and partner requirements.
- Design and implement training programs and materials to support adoption of new processes and tools.
- Create and manage communication plans to ensure clarity, transparency, and engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and prepare for upcoming changes, building structured frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure smooth transitions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and partner-facing teams to gather feedback, identify process gaps, and define improvement areas.
- Track and report on change readiness, adoption, and impact metrics, ensuring continuous process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive engagement, alignment, and ownership of change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and organizational best practices in all change-related activities.
- Proven experience in Project Management and Management of Change within complex or large-scale organizations.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver training and enablement materials for diverse audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional, global, and partner-facing teams.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools and governance processes is a strong advantage.
