- Proactively win new customers (hunting) through targeted prospecting, structured visit planning, and strong closing capabilities.
- Drive account growth and deeper customer penetration (farming & hunting new contacts) by building strategic relationships and unlocking new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to manage pipelines, optimize sales activities, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Take ownership of projects and tender processes, leading negotiations and collaborating cross-functionally to secure profitable business.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities through continuous area analysis, competitive insights, and a strong commitment to personal development and performance excellence.
- Successfully completed technical or business education with 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales within industrial, manufacturing, PPE, C-Parts, or indirect supply environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term strategic partnerships through a charismatic, persuasive, and highly empathetic sales approach.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with a data-driven and digital mindset; confident in CRM systems and Microsoft 365, with professional English proficiency.
- Entrepreneurial ambition with a clear performance focus, resilience, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, change-driven environments.
- Well-connected networker and collaborative team player, willing to travel extensively and equipped with a valid driver’s license.
