In addition you will manage productivity and billing for customer projects. With your dedication you will ensuring accurate financial reporting that provides a true view of our business performance. Collaborating closely with project teams and technical partners, you will analyse financial data to support informed decision-making. Your expertise will help develop and maintain financial models, while you assist in budgeting and financial planning processes. Imagine being at the forefront of our financial strategy, engaging in cross-functional collaboration to align financial goals with our broader business objectives.How You'll Make an Impact

Forecasting and Budgeting: Prepare comprehensive forecast and budget information by integrating inputs from various systems, organizational data, and stakeholder insights, including financial records, planning data, and operational meetings for R&D-related activities within construction and non-R&D related cost centers.

Resource Billing Management: Manage resource-related billing towards projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Variance Analysis: Review, analyze, and comment on variances for your departments globally, working alongside your team to compare actual results against forecasts and budgets, and present findings to management.

Risk and Opportunity Assessment: Identify and develop risks and opportunities associated with various scenarios, proposing actionable strategies for mitigation.

Collaboration with Project Finance Teams: Work closely with Project Finance Teams across PL, DK, DE, UK, and CN to solve challenges

Financial Statement Integrity: Ensure that financial statements accurately reflect the true and fair view of the department's activities.

Compliance Assurance: Uphold compliance with our Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG) and Risk and Internal Control (RIC) processes.

What You Bring

A degree in finance, international management, or accounting.

A strong finance background with relevant work experience.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly

Knowledge in SAP, Excel, and a general understanding or motivation to learn Power BI, Alteryx is desirable.

Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing business environments.
