
Order Administrator

- Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of orders into the ERP system;
- Handles orders of varying complexity and for all product types in the Pressure Management portfolio;
- Responsible for verifying the commercial information on the customer's order;
- Responsible for communicating with internal departments and customers, where necessary, to ensure that order requirements are clear and correctly transmitted to the factories;
- Requests the creation, modification, or update of customer/partner addresses (ship to / end user / suppliers) in the internal CVDH system;
- Ensures that all information is entered accurately and in accordance with work instructions, avoiding the need for reprocessing in systems such as OCM, CRM, Oracle, SAP, FF2, etc.;
- Ensures the accurate understanding and entry of payment milestones and delivery terms requested by the customer into the ERP;
- Generates initial order acknowledgments;
- Handles the placement of internal orders to factories;
- Handles the item creation process in Oracle for PRV valves, where vital;
- Ensures that order holds are released as quickly as possible after order booking, to allow accurate and timely order progression;
- Collaborates with internal departments (Finance, Trade Compliance, Order Management) to resolve any issues related to disputes, trade compliance holds, or other situations that may block orders at any stage of execution.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role (sales support / order entry / administrative);
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is an advantage;
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work both in a team and independently;
- Good prioritization and time management skills;
- Ability to work with virtual and remote teams;
- Ability to solve various practical problems and balance multiple variables to resolve them.
