- Asking for quotations for spare parts and consumables;
- Starting WorkFlows for spare parts, consumables, service office material and calibration;
- Good receipt from warehouse;
- Adding delivered parts in database and placing them in warehouse location;
- Creating new locations in Spare Parts Management and in cabinets;
- Administration spare parts already on stock;
- Administration of spare parts in SAP & PDM;
- E2B orders;
- Invoice receipt in B2B and SAP;
- Creation of UDR documents for package delivery and ordering transport in tool;
- Tracking packages sent to suppliers;
- Order of spare parts required as emergency from local suppliers;
- Offer support for identification of parts;
- Monthly reports of repair and spare parts costs and inbound and outbound of chemicals in warehouse;
- Secondary education in the technical field is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Experience in a similar position - minimum 2 years;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP;
- Analytical, organized person;
- Experience in the automotive field is an advantage.
