Coming together in strong tech teams with a customer-centric approach, they enable businesses to grow, delivering value for our clients, partners, industry, and community.Job DescriptionYour roleWe are looking for an autonomous coordination person who can be responsible for the entire life cycle of our projects in collaboration with a strategic partner.The customer treats us as consultants/partners who can help them innovate their existing processes, tools, and initiatives. The customer has a clear overview of their project roadmap, but we can influence and contribute to it. It is Accesa's responsibility and contribution to design the solution, implement it, run it, and make sure it behaves as intended.Your responsibilities will be the following:
  • Strategic Planning: Defining the long-term vision and strategy for the tribe, ensuring alignment with the overall objectives of the organization.
  • Leadership and Management: Providing leadership and direction to the tribe, which includes multiple squads or teams. This often involves coordinating efforts, managing resources, and ensuring that teams are functioning effectively towards common goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Facilitating communication and collaboration both within the tribe and with other parts of the organization. This might involve liaising with other Tribe Leads, department heads, and senior management.
  • Performance and Development: Monitoring the performance of the tribe, setting goals, and ensuring continuous improvement. Responsible for the professional development and mentoring of team leads or managers within the tribe.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Addressing complex challenges that arise within the tribe, making strategic decisions to navigate obstacles, and adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Cultural Leadership: Cultivating a positive, productive culture within the tribe, often focusing on values like collaboration, innovation, and agility.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have previous experience in the business field, as well as willingness to take the initiative and approach different business scenarios/customer requirements. Along with creative written and oral communication skills, the ability to work in fast-changing environments are essential.
  • 3+ years' experience working in a similar role
  • Good understanding of the technical aspect of software development
  • Good understanding of the business context
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Critical thinking and good analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Proven client facing & stakeholder management experience
  • Proactive focus on customer needs & business value with a fine balance between people over processes
  • Ability to manage constant change and uncertainty
  • Self-organized, detail-oriented and willingness for continuous self-improvement
  • Team Player
  • Spoken and written fluency in English
  • German Language is a plus
