- You will define and deliver the function's strategy including organizational transformation
- Will lead the Infrastructure & Cloud Technology Service Effectiveness Managers and community of practice
- Will measure the service performance of all Infrastructure & Cloud capabilities and services
- Will own service governance for BSL entity, ensuring KPI's are met and delivered in line with the service level agreements
- Will oversee compliance with all regulatory policies / processes related to BSL entity
- Will manage relationships with Infrastructure's technology and business leadership, as well as with central Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, etc.
- Will define and manage an efficient workforce strategy
- Will define strategy and drive execution of the knowledge management, learning and upskilling agenda at I&C level
- Strategy development, Technology Governance, Service Governance, Data Analysis, Information Management experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries and establish relationships
- Significant experience (10+ years) of managing business operations in a financial technology/information services or a similar organization
- Experience with growing and transforming technology organizations with scaled agile frameworks
- Proven track record in the design and implementation of business policies and procedures
- Strong leadership skills in managing individuals and leading successful teams
- Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills.
- Ability to influence across multiple Divisions, Businesses and Functions
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with 3rd parties, internal teams, and international business units, promoting knowledge sharing within and across teams
