- You will handle travel arrangements, expense control, and reimbursements, while managing office supplies and supporting visa applications.
- Enter and maintain personnel data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate and monitor schedules, assisting executives and liaising with internal and external partners.
- Support personnel matters and create reports, maintaining distribution lists.
- Manage mail flow and provide information by handling inquiries.
- A completed apprenticeship as an office clerk or similar qualification.
- Experience in employee interaction is advantageous.
- Proficiency in German and English, with strong MS Office and SAP skills.
- Motivation, decisiveness, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Resilience and the ability to act under time pressure, with an interest in technology and mechanical engineering.
- Willingness to engage in intercultural collaboration.
