Elaborate calculations, specific calculations and S&LB pricing ;
Contribute to conversion to better performing offers ;
Being able to determine a comparable alternative in order to improve efficiency ; Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships ;
Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency ;

Job requirements:

University degree/diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc);
English & Dutch (fluent, verbally and written);
2 years’ experience working in Customer Service;
Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills;
Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools an advantage;
Continuous improvement mindset;
Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization;
Financial and Commercial skills + analytical ability;
Able to work under pressure and in periods with peaks;
Broad knowledge of the automotive industry / market;
