- Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2) verbal & written
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills for professional customer interaction
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (preferably SAP) & Microsoft Office
- A structured, detail-oriented approach with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
- Complaint Management: Handle customer concerns with empathy and provide swift solutions
- Back-Office Administration: Manage customer cases, document details, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Customer Focus: Take full ownership of both internal and external customer partnership and satisfaction.
- SAP Management: Verify material validity and pricing
- Order Coordination & Timely Invoicing: Validate orders, initiate shipments, and issue invoices
- Customer Engagement: Balance communication via calls (10%) and essential back-office tasks (90%)
