• Ability within penetration testing, or red team, but if you have experience in capturing the flags and you are capable of completing high level tests, then this is of interest.
• Minimum 2 years experience and OSCP certification
• Broad cyber security and IT knowledge

• Strong knowledge of networking and infrastructure testing
• Some knowledge of malware analysis
• Some knowledge of cryptanalysis, cryptographic flaws
• Office365 proficiency

• Proof of experience in playing in CTF challenges and/or cyber exercises;
• GitHub repository of own developed tools or starred projects;
• Security blog or list of online security resources (websites, RSS feeds, twitter lists);
• SCADA / industrial systems management or security experience;

• Researching on testing, vulnerabilities and remediation
• Take part into red-team engagements
• Active involvement on penetration testing and report write up
• Build and break internal CTF challenges
