We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in designing, modeling, storing, and extracting business-relevant information from data warehouses and data lakes. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and validating data from reliable sources, ensuring high-quality datasets, developing analytical models, and translating complex information into clear, actionable insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data engineering to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.How you will contribute

Work as a trusted partner for business stakeholders-translate their needs into meaningful data solutions;
Ensure data quality by gathering and validating data from reliable sources;
Analyze, interpret, and model data to generate actionable insights;
Map existing data flows and propose improvements;
Define acceptance criteria and support QA processes;
Collaborate closely with ETL and data engineering teams;
Contribute to DWH architecture and data optimization initiatives;
Stay curious, proactive, collaborative, and continuously open to learning-while enjoying the daily analytical journey.

What will help you be successful

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields;
Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and relevant business concepts;
Solid knowledge of Data Management and data quality principles;
Strong understanding of DWH architecture (physical structures, data integration, reporting);
Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate or at least 1 year of hands-on work with Oracle SQL;
Experience with Databricks is a strong advantage;
Familiarity with Scrum methodology; experience working in an Agile environment is a plus;
Strong understanding of BI/IT solution implementation steps;
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, self-organization, teamwork orientation, and openness to change.
