Location: Bucharest A legal director role is to lead as the head of a group of companies legal team. In this management role, you handle strategic leadership and work closely with legal staff, the board of directors, and company executives. Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for the risk control for the investment of company in new projects in Romania and abroad, including participation in designing for the project acquisition plan, drafting, negotiation, revision and review of the contracts, risk evaluation and avoidance, project supervision etc.

Permanent research on Romania ‘s laws, regulations and policies, including company law, investment law, civil and commercial law, working law and other related laws, and the practical operations of relevant laws and regulations.
Study the relevant laws and regulations of Romania related to the project and the relative practical operations.
Manage, assist and supervise the internal law team and external law firm to complete the project legal work.
Represent the group of companies in court.

Qualifications * Legal profession, with more than 10 years of legal work experience. Having experience in legal management.

Proficient skilled in English.
Smart, business oriented, innovative, but ethic and compliant in the same time, adapt to high strength and high-pressure work.
To be able to business travel in Romania and abroad for a short time.
Experience in organizing the legal activity of a group of companies, working with law firms, as well as experience in multinational projects.
Experience of representation in court
