- Develop and own the relationship with Media Agencies & New Businesses with huge potential for Glovo Ads, and Identify growth opportunities to increase their investment in a sustainable way.
- Negotiate collaboration agreements with Agencies, building a strong network.
- Be responsible for the execution of media campaigns (Programmatic, Retail Media, CRM etc), and coordinate across internal departments their correct execution. Gather all the insights through deep analysis of results, elaborate reports and share them with your stakeholders to build loyalty and recurrency.
- Work closely with our main internal stakeholders to tackle problems and keep pushing the Ads agenda in Glovo.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related careers
- Minimum of 4-5 years of of relevant full-time professional experience
- Agency & Media background in Romania is a must, FMCG background is a plus.
- Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent commercial skills - you have a natural ability to openly communicate and engage with new people. Full comprehension of client businesses and needs.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, high-energy sales culture with a proven track record of high performance.
- A curious mind with a strong desire to leverage creative problem-solving skills to develop new ideas and revenue opportunities.Proactivity is in your DNA, and you always look to raise the bar.
- An empathetic, inclusive, and can-do attitude.
- High level of written & spoken English and Romanian is a must.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Excel/Google Sheet is a must.
