Responsibilities

Execute full cycle of DP tasks (Data Validation, Data Delivery &Tabulation/Data Outputting) of any complexity with agreed quality levels
Advanced Knowledge on tools like SPSS, Quantum, Merlin etc.
Participating in kick-off calls as necessary and collaborating with various departments to leverage best practices.
Train and mentor team members
Ability to automate repetitive work using different technology
Possess the ability of identifying areas of improvements by suggesting efficiency gain solutions in work/team and suggest solutions to TL.

Experience

5+ years work experience in market research or equivalent.

Knowledge & Skill

Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word and powerPoint).
Programming proficiency in Data processing tools and packages – Data reformatting, merging, weighting, customized data reports and other outputs.
SPSS
MS Office
Tabulation (Quantum/Merlin)
VBA/Python/R - Considered as advantage
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Logical/critical thinking
Teamwork, accountability, mentorship and attention to details
