Hellas Direct is a dynamic and innovative insurtech company dedicated to redefining insurance and making customers' lives better by providing them with personalised and affordable insurance solutions. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Client Service member to join our team.What you will be doingYou will be part of the Client Service team and communicate with customers via phone calls or email. More specifically, you will:
  • Answer all basic inbound calls: policy questions, payment clarifications, claim guidance and complaints.
  • Log and triage requests: pass them to the correct MGA/agent.
  • Track complaints and create reports for management.
  • First-line support for MGAs: they can redirect smaller queries to our call center.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
  • Liaise with Product and Business Development teams to enhance our features.
What we are looking for:
  • Experienced as an RCA & CASCO insurance agent, also being experienced in property insurance it will be considered a plus.
  • Certificate of Completion of Initial Professional Training for Insurance and/or Reinsurance Distributors, Executive Manager Professional Category.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Team player and creative thinker.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Business-oriented.
