Job Description & SummaryThe Risk & Regulatory, Communications & Policy Management Senior Associate, will play an integral role in supporting efforts to ensure Global Independence policies, content and communications are effectively managed and accessible across PwC’s global network. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating policy documents, managing websites and content, supporting broader communications initiatives and ad-hoc projects, and exploring the use of GenAI tools to improve content delivery.Maintaining and updating Global Independence policy documents, working with policy SMEs to understand requirements for each update;Managing and developing content for the Global Independence suite of websites and digital channels;Assisting with environment testing for the PwC Independence Portal;Supporting the Communications Senior Manager in delivering effective communications and broader communications initiatives;Developing branded content for the function;Compiling response content for policy QMSE;Building out knowledge management capabilities with the Communications Senior Manager;Handing ad-hoc projects as required.RequirementsOutstanding writing skills and attention to detail.Experience in communications, content management or policy document management.Proficiency in SharePoint Online (or similar content management systems) for website and document management.Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.Proficiency with Microsoft products including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Office Suite
