ResponsabilitatiResponsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise the entire team within the Brewing Department during the shift (process operators, process craftsmen/maintenance personnel);
Execute the production plan;
Ensure compliance with quality standards and ISO systems (including SHEQ);
Plan and ensure the execution of routine maintenance tasks and emergency repairs;
Promote continuous improvement by implementing WCM practices and processes and fostering innovation;
Effectively apply performance management processes to achieve KPIs at the team, department, and brewery level;
Identify development and training needs for team members and follow up on the implementation of individual development plans;
Ensure effective communication within the team and/or with other teams and functions.
