- Managing monthly payroll processes, including reviewing, correcting, and approving results, as well as controlling financial and bank files.
- Performing HR data entry for hiring, terminations, and HR changes.
- Resolving employee queries related to HR Ops and Payroll processes.
- Administering local employee benefits and managing yearly enrollment.
- Preparing and maintaining employment documentation (contracts, addendum letters, verification letters, and employee files).
- 2-3 years of Spain HR Operations and Payroll experience
- Experience with process documentation
- Fluent Spanish and English command
- SuccessFactors user knowledge is an advantage
- Proficient knowledge of Excel
