Working Student - IT Support

- Organizational support: preparing documents, reports, and maintaining ticketing records;
- IT helpdesk: first-level support for both software and hardware issues (troubleshooting, user guidance);
- Inventory: keeping track of IT equipment, software licenses, and related assets;
- User and access management (accounts, permissions, rights);
- Software and hardware installation and setup;
- Assisting with system updates and configurations;
- Ticket administration: handling incoming requests, assigning or escalating when needed;
- Other IT-related tasks, depending on department needs.
- Ongoing studies in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field;
- EN level: advanced;
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (windows, office suite, maybe linux/mac os would be a plus);
- Basic understanding of networks and user account management;
- Curiosity and willingness to learn on the job;
- Good communication skills (since helpdesk involves interaction with colleagues);
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
