Reporting to: Corporate Affairs Director RoMoBuInternal Communications ManagerWe are looking for a dynamic communicator with a strong sense of purpose and a collaborative mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values, fostering a positive organizational culture.Position:As an Internal Communications Manager, you will:Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy that supports corporate goalsCreate and manage internal communication materialsDrive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen company cultureProvide strategic communication support to senior leadership, crafting messages, developing engaging events, and offering guidance on effective communication practicesCollaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture, leadership, and external partners to ensure consistent and impactful messagingContribute, when needed, to wider Corporate Affairs activities across the cluster, such as regulatory engagement, stakeholder relations, community investment, and external engagement projects.
