Elaborate and implement the commercial and assortment strategy for the assigned category, aligned with customer needs;
Define and follow-up on assortment, pricing, promotion, Own Brand policy, and department layout;
Conduct constant assortment analysis through store visits, customer visits and customer panels;
Forecast, monitor and report on KPI performance;
Negotiate with suppliers: contracts, pricing, Own Brand development, and closures.

QualificationsWhat we are looking for:

Solid knowledge of customer needs, market trends and competition;
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset:
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills:
Ability to prioritize, resolve conflicts and assess risks & opportunities;
Strong team spirit, with the ability to coordinate and integrate within cross-functional teams;
Perseverance, determination and the ability to work under pressure;
Proficiency in MS Office.
