Caring actively for the environment, for people, and for our customers is what makes us a great place to work and together we are shaping a better and more caring tomorrow.Allianz Services is a company which belongs to the legal entity, Allianz Technology SE.Job roleThe Senior Accountant will support on different financial activities, having the following:What you will doEnsures all necessary operations for the month/quarter/year closing in SAP, according to Romanian and IFRS Standards of accounting and financial reportingOversees accounting of suppliers (invoice processing PO/ Non-PO);Analysis and booking of Provisions, Accruals and Deferrals; Payroll bookingEnsures client invoicing process (preparing invoicing files, invoicing clients using internal tools)Performs accounts reconciliations (e.g. bank, assets, provisions, deferrals, customers and suppliers accounts) and reviews account balances in order to ensure correctnessAccounting of tangible and intangible assets in cooperation with Asset AccountantMaintains relation with external consultants, provides supporting information for tax filings and ensures review and submission of tax returns as per the deadlinesEnsuring payment of invoices in due timePreparing different reports for the Management TeamPerform analysis of Financial Statements to ensure compliance and integrity of financial reporting;Active contribution in improving and implementing local and global operation processes and workflows as well as the development of local policies and procedures regarding the areas of accountingReporting to Accounting LeadWork in close collaboration with Head of Finance, Accounting Lead, Financial Controller as well as Central Accounting department on accounting process;Respects all circulars/decisions, methodological norms and working procedures, Internal Regulation, Compliance Policy and Anticorruption Policy of the CompanyPrepares all documents that belong to the quality management system (procedures, instructions etc.) and drafts the necessary registrations for the development of activitiesFulfills other activities set by the hierarchical manager or the manager of the organizational entity to which it belongs , on the professional line or referred to the quality managementWhat you bringStrong Accounting background, advanced knowledge of Local Accounting standardsMore than 5 years of relevant work experience in the accounting department in an international environmentGood experience in tax topicsUniversity degree in economics, finance or related fieldGood Knowledge of MS OfficeExperience with SAP FI accounting systemsFluent English written and spokenACCA, CECCAR or similar diplomas are a plusYou haveGood knowledge of accounting and fiscal legislationWillingness to learn and grow through additional, increasingly complex responsibilitiesThe ability to work individually and manage specific problems in the corporate environmentAccurate and reliable way of workingGood communication and organizational skillsProblem solving abilityStrong analytical and structured mindsetCustomer orientedAbility to handle stress and challenging work requestsTeam playerWhat we offerWe support your well-beingWe foster an inclusive and healthy workplace with a flexible hybrid working model:
