
AR Analyst with French

- Minimum 1 year experience of proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in SSC/BPO
- Experience with FOP (Finance, Order to Cash and Purchasing Operations processes)
- MS Office (Excel) skills and ERP literacy
- Maintain precise AR reporting and ensure that the lead times are met for both customer and internal inquiries.
- Keep procedures and calendars updated to meet European standards and legal requirements, ensuring alignment with other affected teams (AP, R2R).
- Ensure accuracy when preparing the AR monthly closure files for validation, adhering to timelines and respecting the Month Closing KPIs.
- Liaise with BO Conduent / AR & Credit Team and upstream / downstream connected departments (Treasury, OE, ADV, R2R) to ensure information is updated within prescribed deadlines.
- Manage and control the Accounts Receivables books with constant focus on Overdue Management, Cash Allocation, Direct Debit and Refund accuracy.
- Responsible for the standard work instructions updates of the covered area – maintain back-up procedures and update the work instructions to reflect in detail all the steps taken in the process – for all activities / countries in scope.
- Maintain customer file references in the accounting system and ensure compliance with quality and internal control procedures.
- Establish a backup for all activities within scope; ensure that the backup individual is adequately trained and informed about the activities and associated documentation.
