ResponsabilitatiRole Overview:Ensure visibility, communication, and proper execution of the plan against the set target through monitoring and management of external and internal collaborators. Ensure transparency and support for decision-making regarding the execution of various types of investments (CAPEX, CODB, FB) at the national level as well as regionally and for top clients. Contribute to increasing the visibility and performance of brands by monitoring the efficiency of allocated resources.Responsibilities:Reporting and analysis of the efficiency of Pub Inv & CAPEX & CODB resources to deliver growth objectives in the channel:
  • Prepare, analyze, and send budget reports to the manager, signal discrepancies and issues, and communicate suggestions regarding actions to be taken;
  • Analyze the use of budgets and ensure they are used according to the communicated plan;
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly analyses for outlets with investments and propose corrective actions when necessary to achieve set objectives.
Monitor the allocation and implementation of resources in the channel versus the plan:
  • Prepare, analyze, and send budget reports to the manager, signal discrepancies and issues, and communicate suggestions regarding actions to be taken;
  • Monitor the allocation and implementation of materials versus investment strategy and agreed plan, including implementation time;
  • Monitor material stocks, signal deviations, and propose corrective solutions;
  • Facilitate and coordinate the data/insights collection process.
Facilitate and coordinate the data/insights collection process:
  • Gather market information and/or insights and send them to the ON Investment Manager to be incorporated into the strategic investment plan per brand;
  • Collect information regarding market opportunities in the on-trade channel Input in the construction of the annual CAPEX budget following complete and concrete market analyses, trends, and potential gaps versus competitors and the market.
Manage the relationship with stakeholders regarding interdepartmental communication related to the ON premise channel:
  • Aggregate the monthly activity calendar in the channel based on input from the Channel Manager;
  • Provide ad-hoc presentations and analyses of activities and performance in the channel;
  • Place PO orders for services and receive POSM and service invoices.
Work efficiently with internal and external interfaces to deliver mutually beneficial business solutions:
  • Develop long-term partnership relationships with material agencies Communicate information to business functions/departments;
  • Participate in interdepartmental projects.
