Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset.Responsibilities:
  • Designs, estimates, and implements technical solutions for medium/high complexity applications.
  • Participates actively in all phases of application development lifecycle.
  • Collaborates with various project stakeholders to provide support for clarifying requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
  • Recommends and promotes IT industry standards, tools, practices (DevOps, etc.) to achieve well-engineered software products.
  • Proposes improvements and escalates risks/issues related to development activities.
  • Participates in the review of the work done by development team members.
  • Learns and applies new technologies, practices, and tools as appropriate to the project.
  • Shares experience and knowledge gained from projects.
  • Has responsibility for the work of others and for allocating resources.
  • Influences the team, customers, and suppliers.
  • Makes decisions which influence the success of projects and team objectives.
  • Can propose and design solutions autonomously.
  • Can articulate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • At least 6+ years of experience working in JS/UI frameworks (React, NodeJS)
  • Typescript experience.
  • Experience working with HTML, CSS.
  • Good understanding of UX best-practices.
  • Version control system experience (GitHub/GitLab).
  • Unit/integration testing.
  • Follow design principles & patterns (SOLID, dependency injection), quality standards.
  • Good communication in English, client facing skills.
Nice to have skills:
  • Functional Programming base concepts.
  • Experience in working with Redux (or any other state management solution) and reactive programming (rjxs).
  • Agile processes knowledge and experience.
  • Estimation and planning.
  • Familiar with designing software for performance and scalability.
  • Sociable, proactive, team player.
  • Time management skills, embracing change.
  • Ability to coach others.
