Company: MarshDescription:We are seeking a Junior Frontend Developer with React individual to join our MMB Analytics team at Marsh. This role will be based in Cluj, Romania. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.You will join a specialist analytics and web development team focused on delivering intuitive, user-centred web interfaces that surface analytics to internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will work closely with product owners, designers and other developers to build front-end features that bring our analytics products to life and improve the user experience.We will count on you to:

Build analytics-focused front-end features and components using React.
Integrate with BI tools, libraries and Web APIs to retrieve and present data in web interfaces.
Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate business vision and UX requirements into functional front-end solutions.
Write unit tests and follow development best practices to ensure a robust, maintainable codebase.

What you need to have:

1–2 years’ practical experience building web applications with React.
Experience working with Web APIs to consume and handle data.
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Agile development and the full software development life cycle.
