- Identifying and contacting potential clients, visiting existing/potential clients, preparing and sending quotations, negotiating, and closing contracts;
- Recording information related to contacts, clients, and construction sites;
- Maintaining client communication during project execution and ensuring smooth operation;
- Timely invoicing for completed activities;
- Preparing the sales plan for the assigned area/division, agreeing upon and reporting to the client's sales director;
- Ensuring the accuracy of information provided to all company departments involved, as well as to all partners and clients;
- Creating an optimal environment for maintaining good interdepartmental relationships;
- Adhering to the transfer procedure between the Sales Department and the Operational/Project Management Department;
- Promptly sending necessary data for contract preparation to the back-office;
- Maintaining a favorable work environment within the department/division;
- Promoting mutual respect, collaboration, and transparency within the department, in relations with other departments, and in interactions with external individuals;
- Substituting other sales department colleagues when necessary and taking on requests in uncovered areas as time allows or as directed by the managerial hierarchy;
- Being accountable for achieving the sales plan for the assigned area;
- Ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process;
- Guaranteeing the quality of periodic reports sent to the department manager;
- Complying with commercial legislation;
- Continuously striving to improve professionalism and maintaining high professional standards in departmental activities;
- Proposing concrete measures for expanding the technical-material base required for the company's operations;
- Ensuring compliance with the company's strategic objectives;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information such as sales figures, profits, competitive analysis, etc.
- Completed higher education; Professional knowledge of sales trends at the national and/or international level for the company's products/services;
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (construction materials, sales);
- Ability to forecast and objectively assess situations;
- Skills in articulating and communicating a clear vision;
- Judgment and problem-solving capabilities for complex issues;
