- Collaborate globally with a “Team of Teams” style approach
- Assist in the setup and configuration of laptops, including basic troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Help configure laptops and perform basic tune-up services as required
- Use the Incident Management system to log and track support activities
- Support proactive outreach initiatives based on data from performance management systems
- Assist with the setup and operation of audio and visual hardware as required by the business
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of non-desktop technology infrastructure components at the request of other service towers
- Registers all new hardware and software assets in the asset management tool, ensuring records are maintained throughout each assets’ lifecycle.
- Proactively seek development opportunities and relevant training, in addition to completing all mandatory training requirements
- Two years related work experience in a technical support role
- Knowledge of industry standard desktop operating systems, common software and hardware used in an office environment
- Thorough troubleshooting and analysis skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication both in English and Romanian
- Experience in a call centre environment
- Experience with AD, BitLocker, Azure Virtual Desktop
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work across multiple support channels
- Commitment to working in a hybrid environment with a professional attitude towards in-office presence
- Proactive approach to incident management
- Experience working to ITIL incident management standards
- Experience in Hardware repair for laptops and desktops
- Experience in mobile device configuration and management
