Responsibilities
- Leads the Value Share Project for Savings Delivery
- In connection with the tactical buying team:
coordinates upcoming/ongoing sourcing projects together with the tactical team
provides guidelines on the relevant approach for driving negotiations, stakeholder communication and engagement, gathering of required RFx documentation (Scope of Work, etc.), adherence to timelines, organization of Competitive Bidding, E-Sourcing, supplier communication, negotiation, selection, contracting, PR documentation
ensures usage of E-Sourcing tool and Contract Workspace
provides knowledge support in the execution of the relevant steps in handling sourcing projects
regularly follow up on project execution, tackling any potential challenges/issues
coordinate Catalog process improvement plan within Ariba
- In connection with the customer Commodity Management:
assists commodity managers with information requirements, leverage team language capabilities and cascade to tactical team any action required in the execution of projects
leverage stakeholder relationship and communication
- Ensures back-up versions for all team members as per the contractual requirements.
- Successfully finalizing of the training plan related to the role JD and tasks;
- Ensures delivery of the team annual savings target
Minimum qualifications
- Experience in Procurement – contract & supplier management, etc.
- Language English knowledge, minimum level C1 is required; another foreign language knowledge desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; advanced skills – required
- Organized personality with attention to details and customer orientation.
- Accurate, logical problem solver.
- Ability to handle clients on a one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls.
- University graduate (Economic studies are an advantage);
- SAP & Ariba Experience
