Company: MarshDescription:We are seeking a talented Mid-level Frontend Developer to join our MMB Analytics team at Marsh. This role will be based in Cluj, Romania. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.You will join a specialist analytics and web development team that builds intuitive, user-centred web and analytics interfaces for internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will collaborate with product owners, designers and other developers to deliver high-quality front-end features, help shape frontend architecture, and share web development best practices across the team.We will count on you to:

Build analytics-focused front-end features and components using React, ensuring maintainability and performance.
Integrate with BI tools, libraries, Web APIs and websockets to fetch and present data in web interfaces.
Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate business vision and UX requirements into functional front-end solutions.
Contribute to frontend architecture and work with other developers to refine patterns, structure and standards.
Write unit tests and follow development best practices to ensure a robust, testable codebase.
Own delivery for multiple products and balance priorities across them.

What you need to have:

3–5 years’ hands-on experience building web applications with React and consuming Web APIs.
Practical experience with relational and/or non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB or other NoSQL) and understanding of data flows.
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Agile development and the full software development life cycle.
Awareness of web performance, accessibility and security considerations; knowledge of common design patterns and SOLID principles is desirable.
