- Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position, in the automotive field;
- Knowledge of Control Plan, FMEA, 5Why, Core Tools (would be an advantage);
- Engineering degree;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Advanced level of English (spoken & written);
- Problem solving and multitasking skills.
- Detection and drive action plan to reach Customer Quality expectation
- Customer interface for Quality Matters for the defined Customers sites in his / her responsibility
- Ensures Valeo Quality Strategies are applied
- Initiate the QRQC (Quick Response Quick Control) in QIM database – participate to the containment and validate the robustness of the containment;
- Support APU (Autonomous Unit Production) Managers/Site Manager in the analysis of issues assigned in the QRQC activities;
- Perform audits on the line to detect non-respect of the Standard and identify with the APU the actions to be completed to therefore comply with the Standard;
- Manage the relation with the customer, explain to the customer the capacities of the production and inform the customer's requirements to Plant;
- Keep the client informed of all site actions and status of analyzes and negotiate customer delays to avoid escalation;
- Fill in the 8D required reports in the client portal on time;
- Participate in improving work activities through Improvement Proposals (PI).
