We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.As a member of the Talent, Development and Suitability function you will be part of a team that are DB‘s recognized experts providing impactful solutions for leadership, talent and skill development, and ensuring suitability of our leaders.The Shared Services team, as part of the overall Talent, Development and Suitability function, provides governance, operational processing and project management office capabilities on a global level.A critical part of the Shared Services team is a centralized Vendor Governance and Management capability which delivers consultancy support to the Talent, Development and Suitability function in relation to vendor onboarding, governance and process related activities.ResponsibilitiesProvide project management office support for the planning & delivery of training offers and key initiatives across the global Talent, Development & Suitability function.Plan and manage the core administration tasks supporting the delivery of both in-person and virtual classroom training sessions.Work with external vendors to create statements of work, plan logistics.Administration on the banks core Learning Management system including the set-up of training curriculum and sessions, reporting (e.g. attendance tracking) and evaluations.Collating, analyzing, summarizing, reporting & presenting data accurately & articulately including the creation of presentations and dashboards for senior stakeholders.Create project related quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for senior stakeholders and provide regular updates.Create and manage the process for purchase requisitions and purchase orders.Support communication planning for training offers and key initiatives.Identify & analyze risks & dependencies that could impact delivery and either resolve/mitigate them or escalate for support as appropriate.Ensure that work is delivered in line with key internal processes, standards & templates.Work collaboratively across the wider Talent Development and Suitability and HR function supporting the delivery of cross-team initiatives and sharing of knowledge and best practice.Identify and actively support the implementation of process improvements and/or operating efficiencies within the Shared Services team.SkillsProject Management Office (PMO) skills and experience (including project planning, risk, issue and dependency management).Effective stakeholder management in a global or matrixed organisation.Experience of working with external vendors.Strong communication, team working and collaboration skills.Numeracy and analytical skills - comfortable working with large volumes of data.Pro-active, organised self-starter.Strong Excel skills and PowerPoint proficient.Process, governance and control mindset.English & German language skills.Well-being & BenefitsEmotionally and mentally balanced: We support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental health.Empowering managers who value your ideas and decisions.
