- Strategic Sourcing: Implement strategic sourcing practices that align with our D2C business model, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all sourced products meet high standards for quality and safety, aligning with our brand reputation.
- Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms, to support our D2C margins and growth objectives.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of sourced products in terms of quality and customer reviews.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably with a focus on D2C e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, customer preferences, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and relevant software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
