Senior Business Functional Analyst - Requirements Engineer (Lending)

• Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating them into exact functional specifications for solution development and implementation
• Analyzing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes
• Translate business needs by creating models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements
• Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation
• Answering questions of methodological approach with varying levels of complexity
• Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions
• Proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, demonstrated ability to cooperate with a variety of people
• Facilitate communication at team level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
• Contribute through mentorship, training and involvement in initiatives for both technical and non technical skills
• Proactively Identify risks / issues that might affect squad's overall health
• Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training (if required): you will validate e2e requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demo

• You need to be an excellent Business Functional Analyst, communicator and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and considerate way. You must have proven experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into requirements which are clear and easy to understand for the implementation team.
• Broad experience (also practical) in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions as part of scrum teams (working directly with the engineers)
• Broad experience (also practical) in detailing and creation of User Stories as well as concepts and specifications for agile delivery teams
• Deep understanding of products, processes and systems for Lending for Private Banking customers
• Knowledge related to external data sources like Bloomberg / Refinitiv
• Lending and Investment understanding targeted on Lombard, Liquid collateral assessment and management
• Planned integration into a global lending platform and workflow processes expertise
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts for translating business requirements into technical requirements and when required act as proxy Product Owner
• Demonstrates experience in understanding the business process design
• Architecturally minded with an ability to simplify complex activities
• Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing
• Can work under pressure and be delivery focused and pragmatic
• Persistent in your drive for quality and excellence
