- Achieving assigned sales objectives within budgeted costs
- Establishing and maintaining contact with major customers and their representatives
- Handles products and systems requiring basic technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used
- Managing channel partners
- Identification of projects that offer the potential for maximizing income and growth
- Prepares various periodic and special reports.
- Have a bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
- Have relevant experience in Oil&Gas and/or Power Generation industry preferably with rotating equipment
- Have proven sales skills
- Be fluent in Romanian and English (Spoken & Written)
- Be a natural, proactive communicator with good negotiation skills
- Be able to travel 50% to the assigned territory (Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, former Yugoslavia and Israel)
