Job DescriptionWe are recruiting for fluent POLISH speaking candidates who want to join an international Client Admin Support team in Bucharest, Romania. In this role you will be helping existing as well as new consumers of a large car manufacturer via phone and email.This is a very varied role which involves both calls, emails and administration tasks. Answering customer qeries, analysing warranty files and updating records are all part of your daily tasks. Taking ownership of issues and problem solving will be important in this role.We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Polish
- Good command of English
- Excellent listening and customer service
- Computer literate
- Eagerness to learn and developFull paid training will be provided. Extremely competitive salary plus monthly bonusses.
