You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

Building scalable, intuitive applications with clean code and seamless user experiences.
Integrating Generative and other AI technologies to automate tasks, generate content, and elevate user interactions.
Collaborating with UI/UX designers, product managers, stakeholders, and developers to bring ideas to life.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Proficiency with C#, Python, and preferably ASP.NET Core.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript (React preferred).
Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems.
Experience with Azure (Key Vault, Blob Storage, Functions, Foundry, Cosmos DB, OpenAI service).
Experience with frameworks for building LLM applications and multi-agent systems (Microsoft Agent Framework, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
Professional business English, both spoken and written.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Exposure to cloud-based AI services and how to integrate them in applications.
Experience with Generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot).
Experience with Retrieval-Augment Generation (RAG) and AI agents.
Familiarity with UI/UX design basics and Figma.
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Awareness of application security best practices.
