- Coordinate with a complex vendor ecosystem, ensuring alignment with internal standards, KPIs, and best practices in security and risk management.
- Oversee all aspects of contract management within a multi-vendor environment, ensuring consistent performance, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization.
- Navigate the transition from legacy systems to cloud-native platforms, balancing speed of migration with the necessity of robust security and compliance controls.
- Mitigate risks emerging from fragmented vendor landscapes, aligning multiple stakeholders under a unified transformation vision.
- Champion change management to overcome organizational resistance, ensuring successful adoption and long-term sustainability of new technologies and processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and operational excellence, cultivating a high-performing culture that supports the CTO modernization efforts.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, overseeing major programs to elevate the organization's identity and access capabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in execution of transformation projects, maintaining a focus on security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Proven leadership in managing and inspiring global, multidisciplinary teams, spanning engineering, operations, and transformation functions.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to proactively address challenges related to contract management, evolving service requirments and vendor accountability
