Expertise and Certification: demonstrated expertise in data management, supported by a master's degree or certification in frameworks like DCAM or DAMA.
Experience in Data Governance and SAP Deployments: proven experience in data governance, migration, and SAP deployments, especially in large-scale programs.
Data Quality and Cleansing: strong understanding of data quality principles and cleansing techniques within data migration methodologies.
Project Management and Analytical Skills: excellent project management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve data-related issues.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
