Job Description:QA LeadDB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.Our Issuance team is responsible for structuring trades between multiple trading platforms and ensures funding and liquidity for Deutsche Bank’s clients across the bank. Fixed Income & Currencies brings together a top-ranked institutional sales force, world-class research with trading and structuring expertise across Foreign Exchange, Rates, Credit and Emerging Markets. The Fixed Income & Currencies business enables Deutsche Bank to respond to increasing automation, regulatory expectations and client demand for standardization and transparency in execution across fixed income, currency, and emerging markets.Our engineers work on a diverse range of solutions using cutting-edge technology every day, including our award-winning platforms like Autobahn, Fabric, Glue, and more.Our Technology strategy is designed to build new revenue streams and develop innovative ideas which produce a new competitive advantage for the Bank, whilst also fixing our foundations and focusing on the importance of stability and risk management. FIC Technology understands the client’s needs and has a robust strategy and innovative approach to deliver.As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be specifically responsible for maintaining a high-quality standard which aligns with Deutsche Bank’s strategy for technological excellence, as part of a global team and lead the QA Issuance team.Skills

UI web front end automation tools testing experience
Hands on Experience in REST API testing tools, Gherkin/Cucumber, CI/CD tools integrations
Experience with dev platforms such as BitBucket/GitHub, Artifactory
Nice to have: GCP or other cloud environment
Strong technical vision and hands on experience in software development and test automation, including BDD and TDD
Automate test cases and maintain automation framework
Proven experience of delivering results in matrixed organizations under pressure and tight timescales
Test issues and risks management
Prior experience working with Scrum practices and Agile software methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate
Hands on Experience in leadership role

Responsibilities

Develop and extend in-house testing automation tools and test frameworks
Develop QA Processes and Procedures
Identify Bugs and Issues, Maintain Documentation
Coordinate Bug Fixes with Development Teams
Perform functional, regression, integration, load and stress testing
Plan and implement full set of test automation activities: create, maintain and execute automated tests
Maintain test environments
Working in a global environment with distributed delivery teams developing micro services to meet the functionalities required by the business
Participate in full development cycle
Work with BAs and Developers on functional and non-functional requirements
Collaborate with other teams to build systems and integrate them together
Collaborate with the FIC-TMI architects and engineering community to help define an architectural roadmap and individual solution designs that fit within that roadmap
Structure the delivery of program elements into epics and user stories, and facilitate integration between various teams output for production releases, with support from BA, Architects, and Scrum Masters / Product Owners
Participate with development teams in release management and process improvement
Organize and lead the QA team, foster a quality-focused culture and improve work efficiency
