If you're ready to embrace change and make an impact in your career, let's go.Why This Role MattersAs a Fleet Back Office Agent, you play a critical role in ensuring the accurate administration and maintenance of fleet contracts and master data within FleetOnlineSolutions (FOS) and SAP systems. You support fleet customers, vendors, and internal teams by managing contract setup, billing processes, and operational data, ensuring high levels of service and operational efficiency.Working closely with Front Office Agents and the Truck Team, you help maintain seamless fleet operations while supporting service providers and customers with timely and accurate information.What You'll DoManage fleet contract setup and administration in SAP, including customer creation, contract loading, pricing configuration, vehicle uploads, and functional location setup.Maintain and update fleet master data across systems, including customers, vendors, contracts, pricing, vehicles, fleet lists, and unmounted tires.Support billing and invoicing operations, performing pre-invoicing checks, resolving documentation issues, and ensuring all services and tires are billed before month-end closing.Act as an operational support partner for Fleet customers, service providers, and Front Office teams, handling requests related to invoices, pricing, mileage administration, and fleet updates.Manage vendor administration and financial processes, including vendor setup, self-billing configuration, intercompany purchase orders, and service provider invoice verification.Monitor and maintain system operations, including job monitoring, SAP activations, price uploads, and quarterly regression testing for FleetOnlineSolutions (FOS).Support cluster operations and continuous improvement, providing guidance to junior colleagues, training newcomers, coordinating complex activities, and driving process improvement initiatives.What You'll BringBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.Minimum 1 year of experience in a Fleet Back Office Agent role or similar operational support position.2-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or operational support environments.Experience with SAP and Excel, with the ability to manage operational and billing data efficiently.Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to follow structured processes and resolve operational issues.A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
